Q: Where is the studio?

Q: Do you ever come to the client?

A: Yes i can, for an additional travel fee. Please note, i dont bring the typical studio backdrops. We use the natural environment of your home as the setting. This needs to be noted in advance, as i typically book clients back to back in studio and need to allow travel time.

Q: How far in advance should I book you?

A: Depends on the type of session, but I typically book min 2-3 weeks ahead for week days, and 2-3 months min ahead for Saturday appointments. So, the sooner the better.

Q: What is a digital image?

A: An image that can be downloaded to your computer, not a physical copy.

Q: Do I get ALL the images from my session included?

A: Unfortunately at this time there are no packages that include all the images.

Q: Do you ever give unedited pictures?

A: No I don’t.

Q: Are prints included?

A: Prints are not included with any of the packages, but can be purchased additionally.

Q: Can I bring my pet(s)?

A: Yes you can bring your dog ($10+tx per dog, per session). Just notify the photographer in advance. Cats don’t like to be photographed outside their environemnt.

Q: Is photoshop included?

A: No, photoshop is not included. It can be added for an additional fee, which would depend on the job requested / required.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Photographer needs min over 48 hours notice to cancel or postpoine the shoot without losing the deposit. If cancellation is done over 48 hours, the client will have 6 months to use it towards a new shoot.

Q: Can I wear shoes?

A: Yes, clean shoes that have not been worn outside may be warn for the pictures. Otherwise, barefoot is recommneded.

Q: I am booked for 11 AM – how much in advance should I show up?

A: 10-15 minutes is perfect, to have time to get ready or setup for your shoot as the photographer may be in session up until your start time.

Q: What happens after the shoot?

A: Within a week of the shoot, the photographer will create you an online viewing gallery to see and view the images to make your selection. Client will have maximum 30 days to select and order.

Q: When do I pay you?

A: Deposit required to book. Full balance due at the time of the first shoot.

Q: When do you typically do the newborn shoot?

A: It is normally done within the first month. To pre book (if not a pre-determined c-section), we will base it approximately 10-14 days from your due date.

Q: when do you typically do the maternity shoot?

A: Most book it within 32 to 36 weeks of expecting, depending how big you want the belly to be. Some have done it later, and some have done it earlier.

Q: Can i bring my own props to the shoot?

A: Absolutely!
